The firm’s real estate and construction practice evolved over the years as a direct result of the needs and interests of clients already represented by the firm in other areas of practice. Transportation companies sought terminals and warehouses. Internet technology and telecommunication companies sought data centers and right-of-way facilities (both in-ground and aerial). Manufactured housing communities sought assistance with installation and management of utilities and corresponding issues. Thus, the firm developed its real estate practice and regularly assists clients in various aspects of commercial property development and construction.
